		<description>My first thought is that you are genetically incapable of it.  But that&#039;s shallow, or just ignorant, which I am.  God, it&#039;s hard to say, but since you ask and are seemingly sincere, here are some things I have heard/thought of:

1)learn to give less than 100%.  For instance, take a portion of yourself and label it as &quot;true.&quot; Keep this for yourself.  
2) develop little bad habits, or little transgressions.  These don&#039;t even necessarily need to be bad per se.  For instance, shaking off the after-work nasties with yoga and water rather than swilling alcohol and stuffing your(my)self with food.  
3)have children or a significant other or some group that depends on your successful degradation. This lends credibility.    

Sounds grim? But the other side is not so great either.</description>
